“I first started working with Adam when I had the desire to get ripped for my 50th birthday. I had ‘played' with going to the gym over the years, subscribed to Men’s Health and tried to find my own way. I would jump between different regimes, but overall the direction was confusing and I would inevitably fail, fall off the wagon and revert to old ways, which included drinking too much. Working with Adam was the game changer I needed. My training became my highest value, I was motivated to get ripped and I was now accountable. Adam was putting his time in and I didn’t want to let myself or him down. We worked together for over a year and I achieved my goal. Adam’s knowledge on food and training is extensive, after all this is a guy that has done his own amazing transformation. It is certain that if I hadn’t worked with Adam I would never have achieved my goal.

Subsequently my priorities and values changed and I found myself again not taking care of my physical and mental health. I was working 70 hours, 7 days a week. This was something I could change and did so, starting my own business. As part of this process I got back in touch with Adam to see if we could work together again. I was excited to see how Adam’s offering had developed and that his interest in philosophy, psychology and physiology was now layered over the training and food plans.

 

Gratefully, Adam took me on again. Adam’s USP is the fact that he can help in so many areas to give a comprehensive offering. He will analyse blood tests and advise on potential problem markers and markers that may be holding back training progress. Where he doesn’t know he will go and research and find a detailed, evidence based answer. He can provide emotional support and advice for matters in other areas of life and he is able to adapt and develop training methods and food programmes to situations such as travelling with business and Covid lockdowns. During lockdown Adam started doing daily zoom sessions with three of us. Due to his attention to detail on form and technique and having these daily sessions we all made significant progress despite lockdown.

I continue to work with Adam as there is so much value to me.
